How to stop error message that keeps popping up?

Hello, I am on Mac (Sonoma 14.2.1) and using the latest version of the Outlook app.
Since a few days, an error message keeps popping up even when I closed it a few times already. This is the message error : Correlation Id: 406f3f2e-20df-0647-b2ff-5ede01603e69 Timestamp: 2024-02-19T16:37:35.000Z DPTI: a9bcd9f5ef0065b41dd7faed9e2e88992d0ffe453f176deee1e54b449e5dfbe2 Error Tag: 9hehw Error Code: 0 Please help me since I have tried everything already (uninstalling, destroying the Outlook profile, updating, restarting…). Thanks in advance, Pauline

    What's your account? An Outlook.com account or anything else?

    In order to further confirm if the issue is related to Outlook for Mac, it's suggested that you could log in to you web mail to check if there're any differences.

    On the other hand, please add another account in Outlook for Mac to check if the issue persists.

    Based on my research on "Error Tag: 9hehw", i found that the error my occur on mobile device and be related to authenticator, if you are using authenticator, it's suggested that you could check your authenticator.
