Could not insert breakpoint at '"/user...': The breakpoint could not be bound

Hello everybody,

I am doing a drone project with the help of unity 3d and a code in c#. I need to put some breakpoint to debug my code. But when i put a breakpoint or a breakpoint at function nothing happen.
The terminal writes : Could not insert breakpoint at '/Users/.../Main.cs:848': The breakpoint could not be bound

Do you have any idea?
