When I click "View certificates" I get an error

Hello,

When I go to my Learning Dashboard and click "Certificates" I get an error that says "Sorry, we could not find your certification profile. Please Contact Support." I clicked Contact Support and it says "Your request has been blocked. This may be due to several reasons."

I would like to have access to my certificate and badge for my MOS Excel exam, please. This is the information I have:
Your Microsoft Certification ID is: 990091277
Your Temporary Access Code is: EA9A4DD3-B2AA-4A3B-BFA0-6DE6F7740300

P.s. I was not able to find a tag for this (this came up under "certificate"), hopefully you can get this to the right agent. Thanks!

    MVA learning is supported on their own forums. I'd logon here with same credentials used for testing
