We have the same problem in two different environments. We can't create a support ticket or check the status either, as this requires access to the Partner Center.

Today, February 21st all of our users get an access restricted when trying to access Partner Center. It acts weird and asks for login twice. Any one else who has problems loggin in, or know what to do?
