Teams cannot login

Teams cannot login for first time sign in. I check logs, it show "Page load aborted with error code -3: : https://teams.microsoft.com "

I doing below testing:

  1. Firewall network, open Web Teams and Desktop Apps Teams, fail to login
  2. no firewall network, open Web Teams and Desktop Apps Teams, they can login normal.

what rules need to set in Firewall?

System: Windows 10
Web browser: Chrome
