How to force release to recipients messages that are being queued on Exchange Server 2016
[Original post]
Exchange Server 2016 is queueing message and users are unable to receive their correspondence. The status of the messages are set as "Ready" but they are not being release(sent) they are just sitting there. Any way I can force them? or what should i do to troubleshoot this issue? I have rebooted the server in hopes that this might resolve the issue but it didn't. Any advise will be greatly appreciated.

Did you run the command get-queue and see the messages stuck in queue?
If possible,please post a screenshot of the result.

And did internal and external mails both stuck in the queue?
