It's a problem with the USB ports. Refer to this identical question asked on another MS forum and see if updating the driver or chipset drivers solves your problem.

If not and this suddenly started happening then it could be faulty hardware. If it only occurs when you plug something in then try using a different port.

    Hello

According to the sharing information, the issue could be related to the UcmUcsiCx.

It could be related to "USB Type-C Connector System Software Interface" option in BIOS. We could try to boot into BIOS menu then check whether this option is enabled. Here is an example:

    1. Turn on or restart the computer.
    2. Press the F10 key during startup to enter the BIOS Setup.
    3. Select Advanced.
    4. Select System Options.
    5. Locate USB Type-C Connector System Software Interface.
    6. Uncheck the USB Type-C Connector System Software Interface option.
    7. Select Accept when the setting change notification appears.
    8. Select Exit.
    9. Select Yes to save changes and exit the BIOS.

The operation may be different for different machine model. In addition, we could try to ask for help from the device manufacturer support.
