According to the sharing information, the issue could be related to the UcmUcsiCx.
It could be related to "USB Type-C Connector System Software Interface" option in BIOS. We could try to boot into BIOS menu then check whether this option is enabled. Here is an example:
- Turn on or restart the computer.
- Press the F10 key during startup to enter the BIOS Setup.
- Select Advanced.
- Select System Options.
- Locate USB Type-C Connector System Software Interface.
- Uncheck the USB Type-C Connector System Software Interface option.
- Select Accept when the setting change notification appears.
- Select Exit.
- Select Yes to save changes and exit the BIOS.
