Moving of virtual network to another resource group within same subscription

After successfully moving a virtual network to a resource group within same subscription, I cannot deploy/delete resources within the origin and target resource group. The error was "there is an update on the resource group/ error code: movingresources". May I know what steps should I do to be able to deploy/delete to my resource groups?

@Abigail Casabuena while moving resources across resource groups or subscriptions, Both the source group and the target group are locked during the move operation. Write and delete operations are blocked on the resource groups until the move completes. This lock means you can't add, update, or delete resources in the resource groups. It doesn't mean the resources are frozen.
The lock can last for a maximum of four hours, but most moves complete in much less time.

I would recommend you wait for some time and let us know if this issue persists.
