File and print sharing enabled but computer cannot be discovered

windows 11 network discovery turned on but still cannot be seen by other computers on the network. When i go to the network view in Explorer the warning bar comes up with Network Discovery and File Sharing are turned off, Network devices are not visible. CLick to change. i click which then takes me to the Advanced sharing. i am on a private network and the setting are correct but the error bar still appears and the computer cannot be discovered. Windows 11 enterprise

    Hello, Thank you for posting in Q&A forum. Please kindly follow below steps to do the troubleshooting: 1.Open "Settings" > "Network & Internet." Click on network connection "Properties" and see if it's "Private." 2.Open "Services" application (services.msc) and check if below Network Discovery Services are running: Function Discovery Provider Host (FDPHost) Function Discovery Resource Publication (FDResPub) Check if service status is "Automatic" and are running. 3.
