Visual Studio 2022 Developer Edition Closes Immediately upon splash screen loading

After installing Visual Studio 2022 Developer Edition, upon loading the splash screen it closes immediately without any error prompts. Note: Application updated to the latest version.

    Please firstly close all VS instances, reboot your machine, and run VS as administrator.

    If it doesn’t work, kindly try following methods:

    1. Check if there’s any limitation on your machine such as antivirus, group policy(GPO), and permission limitation. Probably, something blocks VS from loading/opening. Besides, are you using any application which may block VS from launching?
    2. Search Developer Command Prompt for Visual Studio 2022 in Windows Search box, click to run it. Run devenv /ResetSettings command to reset VS settings.
    3. To narrow down this issue, please try to clean boot Windows OS and relaunch VS.
