My problem is solved right now.

    1. I go to the Add/remove and uninstall Visual Studio Installer again.
    2. then uninstall Visual Studio Tools for application 2017.
    3. I deleted every folder named Visual Studio manually!
    4. Run https://github.com/Microsoft/VisualStudioUninstaller/releases
    5. Restart
    6. Download and Install Visual Studio Installer again.

    Thank you

    Hi @Shervan360 ,

After you uninstall the Visual Studio 2019, please re-download it by going to the Visual Studio download page and run the executable as administrator to reset your installation metadata.

Before installation, please check for your Windows Updates and complete all pending updates. Meanwhile, we suggest you clean your %temp% folder and temporarily turn off any anti-virus software.

I think Visual Studio 2019 is not completely removed.
Right now I remove manually Visual Studio folders from TEMP. but still, Visual Studio Installer shows me VS 2017 instead of 2019.

    Edition Windows 10 Enterprise
    Version 20H2
    Installed on ‎6/‎17/‎2020
    OS build 19042.630
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.31.0

Visual Studio Installer version is: 1.18.1113.826 (latest)

    Remove manually Visual Studio folders.
