Is it possible to acquire overview of my resources in Security Center -> Inventory using REST API?

I'm using REST API to acquire security overview information of vms and other resources in Security Center -> Inventory.

I'd like to know:

  1. How many VMs is unmonitored
  2. Healthy, unhealthy, and not applicable
  3. Overview on resources: resource name, is monitored, and fix recommends. (at least the number of completed, not applicable, imcompleted recommends, )

I can't find the right api to choose, and the response from /providers/Microsoft.Security/assessments doesn't meet my need.
