Hello,
I delete the Mails I do not want from Inbox, send them to Trash. then delete them from there as well, and after half an hour they are back in Inbox. Can anyone help me in that, what to do?

Since you add a exchange tag to your question,I suppose that you have a exchange on-premise server.
Do other users have the same problem? Or it just occurs on your account.
And are you using Outlook for PC? If you delete a mail via OWA, will it still return in inbox?
If OWA is working fine and the problem is just with Outlook for PC, please remove and recreate your outlook profile and see if the problem persists.

KaelYao-MSFT ·, I do not use OWA, I just login in in outlook.com with my Login credentials and from there I see my mails. If I delete the account from there, and recreate it with the same mail, my mails will be deleted. How can I have them then? thank you for the advice till now!

So you should be using Outlook.com.

it may be a known issue and is under investigation.
