Surface Laptop Replacement Support

I have been very patient and respectful to the support, I bought a surface laptop 4 in amazon and it came witha defective touch screen, got in touch with support and they said they will send a refurbished one which itself is so annoying considering you paid for a new laptop, anyway the process for replacement laptop went through and the microsoft warehouse in India sent a replacement and this time the laptop touch screen is working but the laptop would not even complete windows setup because the screen display keeps going off. Now, please tell me why shouldnt i get mail address to escalate this, and why should i be suffering for buying a new microsoft laptop product. The chat support wanted to send me another replacement i wanted them to take action on the warehouse who sent another defective product and demanded i get a new laptop, they said extended team support will get back to me in 24-48 hours it was two days and none got back while i went to chat everyday explaining the same thing to new agents. Now, with no other way have accepted another replacement. But tell me why I should not get a proper support for buying a new product. I am digital marketing manager by profession and i very well know how to constantly take every name from Microsoft and keep spreading neagtive review on the quality of the product consistently on a daily basis and also letting the top management know about this everyday. I am just waiting for another replacement now and Micrsoft product experience has been horrible so far. I am posting this in Microsoft account but I very well know where all I can take this issue on a constant basis to make sure people dont trust Microsoft products for its quality and support.
