I am having problem in creating new Revisions in the Container App

Few days back our Azure subscription was stopped due to some billing issues. It was reactivated and by surprise the revisions for 2 of the enviorment did not start. Now I am trying to deploy a container in the the container app to create revisions. I am getting error in it. While moving to scale option I get an error of the render component issue. File attached. kindly give me solutions to sought out this issues.

Any reccomendations would be helpful as the problem relatess to our live server. We need to fix the issue as quickly as possible.
