Teams Voice - Client wants outbound Caller ID to show the published numbers that are owned by the local LEC

Teams Voice - Client wants outbound Caller ID to show the published numbers that are owned by the local LEC. These three published numbers can only be remote call forwarded to the Teams Voice Auto Attendant. But the customer wants all outbound calls to show the numbers that we cannot add to Teams as the numbers cannot be ported. Their old SIP provider was able to do this, via CNAM. But i dont see how. Anyone have any ideas or know of a 3rd part app that can do this with outbound caller ID?
