Copilot not showing up on Teams meeting recordings saved to Sharepoint

When we upload Teams meeting recordings up to SharePoint, it does not seem to allow Copilot icon to show up as an option to utilize. We would like to know why that happens and what we can do to avoid this. We often use Copilot to create notes or research different meetings.
