Does this issue occur with OneDrive for web?
- Remove Office credentials Type 'Credential Manager' in Search Box and open 'Windows credentials'. Remove the related credentials of the account.
- Check if user device registration is enabled in Microsoft Entra ID
- Leave and rejoin Microsoft Entra ID

Based on searching online, some users said using dsregcmd /cleanupaccounts
