Please provide deployment information such as the version of the Exchange server, how many servers are in the organization, and how many servers are in the DAG?

Also, how and where are you getting this error?

To start the troubleshooting, please help get the status of the copy from the Exchange Management Shell (EMS) by using the PowerShell cmdlet –

Get-MailboxDatabaseCopyStatus
