Displaying cache storage account ...

Already tried Disable replication and re-enable however, disabling replication fails halfway. Tried updating the sync agent but that fails as well due to the cache storage account being inaccessible.

Hello @hollarhollar Thank you for reaching out to us on Microsoft Q&A platform.

Based on the error message you provided, it seems that the cache storage account is inaccessible. This could be the reason why disabling replication fails halfway and updating the sync agent fails as well. To troubleshoot this issue, you can try the following steps: 1. Verify that the cache storage account exists and is accessible. You can do this by checking the storage account in the Azure portal or by using PowerShell or Azure CLI commands to check the storage account. 2. Check the firewall and virtual network settings on the storage account to ensure that they are configured properly. If they are not configured properly, it could prevent the sync agent from accessing the storage account. 3. Check the RBAC settings on the storage account to ensure that Azure File Sync has access to the storage account. If Azure File Sync does not have access to the storage account, it could prevent the sync agent from accessing the storage account. If none of these steps resolve the issue, you may need to create a support request for further assistance.
