Kali linux booting with black screen and courser ticking

Hi Team,

Problem 1:

I installed kali linux purple and normal edition in hyper-v via iso file. Everything went well, but when i restart the screen is going blank with cursor ticking.
Could you let me know what could be the issue? I attached the screenshot below.

Problem 2:
I installed kali using hyper-v virtual machine that is available from kali website in hyper-v. Now i get a different error, could you please tell me what's the issue?

    Hello there,

    To all the linux users, do not waste your time by directly installing .iso or hyper-v virutal machine.
    Please follow the below steps:

    1. Choose new > virtual machine and start the process. Select 'Generation 2' during installation.
    2. Once done with configuring vm settings, do not proceed to boot kali. Turn it off first.
    3. right click on your kali vm > settings > security > unselect Énable Secure Boot' and click Apply.

    After this proceed with booting and you should be able to install kali on hyper-v.
