What is the version of PowerShell? Are there any error messages when PowerShell crashes?

See if you can launch PowerShell without profile using powershell.exe -noprofile

PowerShell Version is 6.3.9600.21616

There is no error message when PowerShell crashes.

Same result when I run without profile

Event Viewer give the following error
