How to upload an initial schema to Viva Glint?

Hi
We purchased Viva Glint and tried uploading new attributes according to the described in the documentation.
Unfortunately, even after the csv upload, we can't set up the Location hierarchy, as well as the Organizational hierarchy.
Can someone share print screens and step by step detailed doc on how to achieve that?
