I am now using Microsoft 365 education A1 edition on my laptop. I met a problem with the authenticator app on my phone since it was reset, and I was not able to access other Microsoft apps like OneDrive on the phone. I guess the verification code in the Authenticator was the only way set for in 2-step verification, without phone number nor email address. I know I should seek help from the administrator of our organization, but there is now no administrator in the university because our university doesn't have the subscription. I wish to add phone number or email address in the 2-step verification. But I don't know how.

Hello @周渭 , Office 365 plans/Azure AD MFA can be enabled only by an administrator. Your institution should've one.
