As a global administrator, my access seems to be limited

It seems having some issues with using azure portal starting today, the account of our company seems to be limited to access those features that we normally used in the past. Please see the following screenshots and help us out, thank you.

    This appears to be a transient error

    Thank you for posting this in Microsoft Q&A.

    As per the screenshot I see that you are unable to access "App service logs" in Azure.

    Also, as I understand you carry Global administrator role.

    Global admin role in part of Azure AD/Entra ID. If you have this role assigned, it means you have all permissions in Azure AD/Entra ID.

    App service logs are not part of Azure AD. They are part of Azure.

    You will need to have RBAC roles assigned with specific permission to access the App service logs.
