Can Microsoft Azure Backup Server run on a Windows Failover Cluster Node?

I have a Windows cluster with two nodes. I attempted to install Microsoft Azure Backup Server (MABS) on one of the nodes, but encountered the following -
error: 'Invalid vault credentials provided. The file is either corrupted or does not have the latest credentials associated with the recovery service. (ID: 34513)'

Even after downloading the latest vault credentials, I continue to face the same issue. I am wondering if there is any solution for this error. Please provide assistance.

Additionally, I would like to inquire whether MABS supports installation on Windows failover cluster nodes
