Are you only using IP ranges for boundaries? Have you looked at the devices IP and subnet mask and compare that to your existing boundaries?
Location services log showing boundary Issue
In our SCCM environment some servers are not getting patched. When we have checked Location Services log it shows : "Client is not in any boundary group and ConfigMgr is no longer managing WindowsDO GPO. Set WindowsDO GPO to default values."
Another server from same subnet is getting the patches but what is the reason this server is showing boundary issue?

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.
You can try to manually add the problematic servers to your boundary to have a try. Also make sure you have associated correct SUP to your boundary groups.
Which boundary type you are using? Per my experience, IP Ranges are the way to go to ensure that your clients are always in the right boundary, AD site are NOT guaranteed to be 100% right.
Thanks for your time. Have a nice day!
Best regards,
Simon
