How can I, as an ISV, get access to crash dump CABs reported to WER for my application?

I am an ISV. I want to access crash dumps for my programs that have been collected by Windows Error Reporting (WER).

In the old days, I'd have gone to winqual.microsoft.com and signed up there, but Winqual has apparently been retired, and I don't see any mention of WER/CAB stuff on developer.microsoft.com.
