Hi,

I have an issue where if I try to run certain commands or do certain actions I am being blocked from doing so.

When running commands in Powershell, such as "Set-AzWebApp", I get a "BadRequest" error.Screenshot 2024-03-18 085758

It becomes a little clearer when I try to alter the Access Restrictions settings of a Web App. The error I am getting looks like this:

IpSecurityRestriction.VnetSubnetResourceId is invalid. For request GET https://management.azure.com/subscriptions/XYZ/resourceGroups/ZYX/providers/Microsoft.Network/virtualNetworks/DELETED-VNET/taggedTrafficConsumers?api-version=2018-01-01 with clientRequestId XYZ and correlationRequestId XYZ, received a response with status code NotFound, error code ParentResourceNotFound, and response content: {"error":{"code":"ParentResourceNotFound","message":"Failed to perform 'read' on resource(s) of type 'virtualNetworks/taggedTrafficConsumers', because the parent resource '/subscriptions/XYZ/resourceGroups/ZYX/providers/Microsoft.Network/virtualNetworks/DELETED-VNET' could not be found."}}. Request content was Screenshot 2024-03-18 085655

Seems like the deleted Virtual Network is blocking me from doing things. The VNet in question has been deleted 5~ months ago. Web App I am trying to change the setting for is placed in a different VNet (in fact, this one has been created this month. It shouldn't have any connection to the old, deleted VNet).

I have raised this issue with Microsoft Support, but they are rather slow and despite multiple emails and a call - the issue still persists.
