Thank you for posting this in Microsoft Q&A.
I understand you are facing an issue with accessing a service on Azure using their Student Ambassador subscription.
This type of error occurs in different scenarios. Please check below.
1.The Azure for Students account grants you $100 in credit and a limited amount of free services for 12 months. If your credit runs out, Azure will disable your services and subscription. To continue using Azure services, you must upgrade your subscription to a pay-as-you-go subscription.
can you check your remaining credit on the Microsoft Azure Sponsorships portal.
2.Azure for Students credit expires at the end of 12 months. Once your credit expires, Azure disables your subscription.

Could you please check below settings as well:
If users can register applications option set to "NO" - you can't be able to register applications.
Restrict access to Microsoft Entra admin center set to "YES" - Non-administrators from browsing the Microsoft Entra admin center. - Non-administrator who are owners of groups or applications from using the Microsoft Entra admin center to manage their owned resources.
Hope this helps. Do let us know if you any further queries.
Thanks,
Navya.
