Create AD User using SCORCH 2022 big issue

Hi,

I have created a RB for creating AD User on the domain and enable the mailbox on the exchange server. The RB works and created AD user and enabled the Mailbox on the exchange. But if want to send a e-mail to "Bug Bunny" I created with RB, I get error message as followingexchange1 User's image

Th user is created. On the Exchange server I add a Mailbox from existing user as following

Lets it, the Mailbox of "Bugs Bunny" is created.

Now if created the User "Bugs Bunny" with Runbook as following, I cannot send any E-Mails to "Bugs Bunny"

What have I done here wrong?

  1. Is the "User principal name" wrong with @mydomain.com?
  2. Is the "SAM Account name" wrong?
  3. Is the "Distinguished Name" wrong?

    Hi,

    User princpal name (UPN) should be bbunny@yourdomain.com.

    Hi,

    Based on the above information, create user is done, enable user is done (Confirmed with ADUC);

    enable mailbox is done (Confirmed with Exchange console).

    When attempting to send an email using a runbook, the error message is received.

    Have you tried to send an email with normal email box?
