1,Could you please share the screenshot to narrow down the issue? Also help examine the MDM logs on the device in the following location in Event Viewer:
Applications and Services Logs > Microsoft > Windows > DeviceManagement-Enterprise-Diagnostic-Provider > Admin
2,This issue may occur when multifactor authentication (MFA) is Enforced. It prevents the Configuration Manager client agent from enrolling the device by using the logged-in user credentials. We can use one of the following methods to fix the issue:
a,Set MFA to Enabled but not Enforced.
Microsoft Entra multifactor authentication user states
Set up multifactor authentication for Microsoft 365
b,Temporarily disable MFA during enrollment.
