Microsoft Graph API Error - Can't cancel pending emails

Due to an implementation error a microsoft graph email sender service has sent thousands of emails.
The webook responded to incomming emails, and when a delivery failure email reached the weebhook, the service send back an email leading to an infinite loop.
The service is stopped however many emails are pending and still arriving every second to the mailbox.
Urgent help needed. This is impacting my business and costing money due to missed leads.
I've contacted MS Support and it's been 24h without response (severity C was assingned)
I need to cancel all pending emails in a specific shared mailbox to resolve the issue.
