Hello,

Recently the option in Intune was introduced that it can be deployed via VPN.
We are using the same per-App VPN configuration as for the EDGE browser. For Authentiaction method we are using Username & Password.
The config is deployed to the device correctly but the per-APP vpn is not starting for the iOS native Mail app and therefor the authentication fails.
Under VPN settings the Mail app is correctly displayed with the EDGE browser. Also via EDGE and VPN EAS and EWS are accessible

@Alexander Tiemann , From your description, it seems the per-app VPN is not working on native mail. Please check if we have followed the steps in the following article to configure:

However, if the issue still persists, to check the issue, log analysis is necessary. As forum is not the best channel for handling such case. To help on this issue in more efficient way, we suggest to open a case refer to the below link:

IIn addition, for per-app vpn connection issue, please also check if the requirements for per-app VPN on VPN vendor are also met,
