Update KB2920730 inststalled on one server

what is the current farm Version you have for your farm ? The above KB2920730 for Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013 that was released on February 10, 2015. This is a Hotfix, If you are still using that old version it has a Prerequisites too, install them first in another servers and then install above KB.

To apply this update, you must have the public update March 12, 2013 update for SharePoint Server 2013 (KB2767999) or Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013 Service Pack 1 installed.

You can instead install a newer CU on all servers, i..e the November 2020 CU.

Once installed, you will be able to run the Config Wizard on all members of the farm. This will also address a handful of serious security issues from the past few months.
