I work for a company that is in the process of implementing Dynamics 365. Does the administrator have access to employees’ emails, Teams, Sharepoint and various Microsoft docs since it is one platform? Would they have access when downloading and setting up the Dynamics app within Outlook?

However, access to specific data such as emails, Teams messages, and SharePoint documents would generally be restricted based on the permissions set within each respective application.

    When setting up the Dynamics app within Outlook, administrators may have access to configuration settings and user data related to the integration, but this wouldn't necessarily access to all emails, Teams messages, or other documents within Outlook or other Microsoft applications. Access permissions would still be governed by the user's roles and permissions within each individual application.
