Can't resolve office365 high severity alert

Hello

Please i need your help on this issue.

One of my users received this email saying "High Severeity alert has been triggered".

 

Since on Thursday my user cannot send an email.

    Hi @IniobongNkanga-8038

    As we know, if a user exceeds one of the outbound sending limits as specified in the service limits or in outbound spam policies, the user is restricted from sending email, but they can still receive email. So we could try to modify outbound spam policies to prevent this user from blocking.
