Hello,
I am running Windows 11 ARM via Parallels on a MacBook Pro M1 Pro. I need to communicate with Ethercat devices over an Ethernet adapter. The adapter is correctly recognized by the system but I am unable to install the Ethercat drivers. The instructions provided indicate that to install the aforementioned driver I need to go to Adapter Properties > Install > Add Service (see fig.1) but I then get the "parameter is incorrect" error (fig. 2). How do I solve this? I absolutely need to be able to communicate with external devices via Ethercat. Thanks in advanceScreenshot 2024-04-02 1300332

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

This error usually indicates there's misconfiguration which leads to installation failure.

To better troubleshoot this issue, can you please take a screenshot when you put in the parameter after clicking add?

After reviewing the screenshot we will check further.

    Best regards,
