We are located in S.Korea and tried call hero sample and it was ok for 2 - 3 people call.

But it suddenly drops frames or some of participants video freezes when more than 5 people join the group call.

When it happens, all participants had to leave the room and join again in order to get the video work again.

When trying with Turkmenistan with only two people, we had to turn off video in order to have a conversation.

Otherwise(which we turn on the video) we couldn't hear each other.(as attached screenshot)

Is there any option to improve video quality or change?

Because Teams and Skype works ok with above circumstance, I don't think it's our network speed issue but the sdk or service optimization.

Or is it the sample making this freeze?

@Hyounwoo Sung Thanks for your question. We checked internally and this is by design for now. For web, we only fully support one stream and this limitation is called out in the initial release notes, which can be found here.

Please note that Azure Communication Services is currently in preview state and as General Availability (GA) gets closer there might be changes to features or current limitations so keep an eye out.
