Hi Everyone,

I have been using Site Recovery for a long time to protect my VCenter VMs. I need to change the credential that the ASR Appliance is using to connect to VCenter. Unfortunately, when I follow the steps on the Tech Doc, I can't launch the Configuration Server. I try to go to https//localhost:44315 but nothing is found there. I do have a https//localhost:44315. I tried to use the CSPSConfigtool.exe but that can't be found on my server either. I literally don't have an ASR folder in  %ProgramData%\ASR. What am I doing wrong? Am I looking at the wrong tech doc?

Thanks,

Jason

@Jason M Thank you for reaching out to us on Microsoft Q&A platform. Happy to assist!

Based on the information provided, I understand that you are trying to update the change/update the credentials in the ASR appliance to connect to the vCenter.

The ASR Configuration Manager appliance should be working on localhost, you are probably in the wrong server.  Do you have any ASR services running/installed?

In the latest versions web portal is removed, cspsconfig tool can be found from  Program files(x86)\Microsofot Azure SiteRecovery\home\svsystems\bin\cspsconfigtool -

Hope this helps. Please reply if you need further assistance!
