Has anyone reported Print to PDF from MSTSC problems with KB4586786

After installing KB4586786 on our Windows 10 1909 workstations, no one is able to print to the "Microsoft Print to PDF (redirected ??)", "Microsoft XPS Document Writer (redirected ??)", or "Nuance PDF (redirected ??) redirected printers. (Note: I am one of the few with Nuance but I tried it as a workaround.)

There are no errors.
On the Server you can see the job go through the queue but on the local system, it never prompts for a filename.
This only appears to be happening with the drivers that write to a file. The other redirected network printers seem to work fine.

Uninstalling KB4586786 resolves the problem for all three of the printers listed.

Has anyone else seen this or found a fix other than uninstalling the KB?

I am having this issue after installing KB4586830 on 2016 RDSH it is effecting 250 users. Uninstalling corrects the issue. I am starting another question about it.

The "Microsoft Print to PDF" and "Microsoft XPS Document Writer" are included in Windows 10. These drivers are maintained with Operating System updates and therefore should be the latest versions available for Win 10 1909. The Nuance driver I tested to try and find a workaround for the Microsoft drivers not working was the latest update.

The local Print to PDF is working. The issue only appears when using the redirected printer.

I tried restarting both the local print spooler and the print spooler on the Terminal Server. This did not change the symptoms.

I am now pretty sure it is not just KB4586786 although uninstalling this KB did fix the issue on computers that had this update installed, we have two others that are not in our update test group and have not received this update that have the same issue.

The Terminal Server is 2012 R2. We have to use easy Print since the Microsoft Print to PDF driver does not exist for 2012.

It never opens the dialog to select a location and name for the file and never creates a file as far as I can tell because I don't know where it would save it or what the name would be.

    More details on KB:
After installing KB4577667 "Microsoft Print to PDF (Redirected xx)" only works if the user on the local computer is in local administrators. It does not seem to mater on the remote computer.

After installing KB4586786 "Microsoft Print to PDF (Redirected xx)" printing no longer works even if user is in local administrators.

During the install of KB4586786, "Microsoft Print to PDF (Redirected xx)" stops working prior to the required reboot.

Unfortunately it looks like Microsoft gave up without even trying..
