Unable to log into authenticator

I recently was signed out of work email on my works account since getting a new phone. I tried to log back in and it required authenticator.

However, with getting a new phone I also had to go set up my authenticator. When trying to add my work account to authenticator it was not working, as in order to log back into authenticator, I need to use authenticator to give me a verification code. This has led me to now being locked out of my works account on all services.

    I'm having the same issue. I'm stuck in an authenticator loop. I need the code from the authenticator to sign in, but I need to sign in to view the authenticator code. Please advise.
