I understand you wish to know if EAST US 2 region is supported by Azure Express Route and can it establish connectivity with OCI Fast connect using this Azure region.

The answer is no. I just confirmed with the Product Group now. They let me know that:

OCI connectivity is not supported to resources in US East2 or Central US due to end-to-end latency limitations. There are no plans to expand connectivity with OCI in other ER Peering locations or regions.

Thank you for quick response. Can you also tell me if Central US also can support Azure Express connectivity with OCI Fast Connect if so, what region will be for Oracle Cloud?
