Unable to Sign Up for Developed Account: Error Reference ID: f7a133c9-b49c-4046-47a5-08dc5945a3bc
I am trying to sign up for a Developer account to use the Devkit on an Xbox Series X. I completed the form with my personal information, but get an error when I get to the payment screen. I've included screenshots, showing the link I went to as per multiple guides on how to set up the dev account:
Clicking signup takes me to this page, showing I already did the account info. My email and everything is correct.
Since this is for Xbox, I'm clicking that:
It then takes me to the payment screen. I select a card on file, and it gives me the error message shown below with "Reference ID: f7a133c9-b49c-4046-47a5-08dc5945a3bc".
I have tried multiple different payment methods (All valid credit cards), as well as 3 different browsers (Chrome, Edge, and Firefox), each on multiple devices (Windows laptop and iPhone), and the error persists on all of them. I tried contacting various other Microsoft support options, but they have either not responded after several days, or just provided me links to other Microsoft pages (Such as https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/support/?tabs=Contact-us) but there was no options that were remotely relevant. Within the Partner Center itself, I could not submit a request using the "?" icon as I do not have any workspaces set up yet, which I cannot do as I don't have the developer account.
Any help or guidance on this is appreciated.
