Changeing email adress made by school

Hello. There is any way to change the email address that was made by school for me? I already asked at school IT department and they told me that there is no way for them to change it. I asked them to put my first name in the email address since in it appears only my second name. Thanks.

    They are the only ones that can change it, it's not possible to do this yourself.

    Hi @Cristina Bulat ,
    Based on my konwledge, if you don’t have any permissions in the Exchange organization, I am afraid that you will not be able to modify your email address. Only the administrator of the Exchange organization or a user who is a member of the "Organization Management" security group can change the email address.
