Hi,

a problem with a server, before completing the backup of the Windows server.

in the restoration, only the C: \ drive appears, the F: \ drive is not shown, because it was not completed, but I saw in the logs that it contains information about the copied files, and more than 500GB copied.

In WindowsImageBackup, the VHD that is there, which is generated by the WSB cannot be mounted, does not open with winzip, I believe because it has not been completed.

is there any way to recover this data, to open that backup drive?

appreciate

    Hi,

I would recommend backup the server from scratch again instead of recovering the incomplete backup. If the Server has corrupted, it's recommended to restore it from a previous good backup. The incomplete backup can't be used.

    Thanks for your time!
    Best Regards,
    Anne
