MS Authenticator does not pop up options to deny or approve sign in after switching to a new iphone

I switched to a new iPhone. I tried to access my company outlook account and was directed to the Authenticator app to approve sign in. However there was no option to approve or deny in the Authenticator app. It does not generate any pin as well. There is no way for me to access my outlook account. Please help.
