Postgresql flexible server on azure unplanned failover is not working in a Zoneredundant HA environment.

Hi all,
On Azure we have a PostgreSQL-Server with Zone-redundant HA. When we trigger a forced Failover, the Server goes in the "Updating state" and that is the only information which we see about PostgreSQL flexible server on Azure.
How we can get more info about failover process and why it is not working?
The funny thing is, there is also no timeout, it remains in that state for hours. BTW we deployed the Server newly in our test subscription and there are no data in he Database.
Who had any similar issue and can help me, how we can solve the problem.

Did you check Azure portal for any error messages or notifications related to the server or the failover process? also can you share the region.

there is no error or anything else. On the Overviewpage we see only the text "The server is currently in 'updating' state. Please wait for the operation to complete. You can refresh to check status. Reach out to Microsoft support if the operation is taking too long."
And in Activity Log there is one operation: Restart Postgresql Server, Status: Accepted: Time: 2 Hours ago.
The PostgreSQL Server is on Germany West Central and PostgreSQL Version is 15.6.
Where we could check the for messages, we dont see any Error in Overview, in Activity Log or in Server Logs
BTW inDiagnosticSetting allLogs and allMetrics are enabled.
