I have deployed a two-node cluster using the 23H2 image.
Everything was functioning perfectly, including downloading images and creating VMs. However, a few days ago, when I attempted to create another VM, I encountered an error stating “set up Arc-Enabled Azure Stack HCI for VM provisioning.”
If I’m not mistaken, with the 23H2 image, all of these processes should be handled during the preparation and deployment of the cluster. Therefore, I’m unsure what has caused this breakdown. Additionally, while running updates using the Update Manager, it seems to be failing (either via Windows Admin Center or PowerShell using the deployment account). Please let me know if there is any fix for this issue.

So Step 4. Register with Arc and set up permissions was completed during provisioning?
