try to install app in intune(company portal) in win10, but it never start, always waiting for download, I have uninstall/install intune, but still get same, even the previous app is still in waiting for download status. How to solve this issue? thanks.

1.What kind of app type do you deploy via Intune and does the assignment type is configured as Available?
2.Does the user have been assigned Intune license?

all kinds of, I think. I have tried 7-zip, jdk, matlab, putty.

yes
3.Is this only happening on one device or multiple devices, and is it only happening on one app or is it affecting multiple apps?
only one device as I only need to install app for win10 pc. all apps will hang in waiting for download. and seems there is no impact on company ordered upgrade/installation.
Acutally, even I unintall/reinstall intune, the app I tried before still appeared in download/upgrade list with status waiting for download.
so, is there any method to clear intune totally, at least when I reinstalled, it will not remember the previous apps.

It looks like you're deploying a win32 app via Intune.

I think not only win32 app, should be all kinds of app. By the way, the intune should be ok a year ago.

Please be sure the Install behavior is System and try to change the intent or any one app as "Required" and then assign it to the group and check the status. Also, check the Intune extension logs. Location: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\IntuneManagementExtension\Logs

the sync is always successful. But the installation always waiting for download. I am seeking a method to clear the status of intune in my pc as I have tried uninstall/reinstall , but it can still remember the previous status.

unfortunately, in the registry, sidecarpolicies is empty and there is no UserOrDeviceGUID under win32Apps， cannot follow the instruction.
